Proactol Review: Josh

I am so ready for this! My counselor asked me to do a guided study for him. He will help pay for my Proactol, if I will keep track of all my reactions to it and to my weight loss for him to use to help other patients who have weight problems.

Since I’ve only been taking it for about 7 weeks, and I have kept a journal about it, he says it should be easy to go back to the beginning and remember what happened on most of the days. I am excited. This gives me even more reason to succeed with weight loss, the ability to make a difference for other people who are in the same position I have been in. Not only am I losing weight for my health and happiness, but for the future of others too.

I weighed myself yesterday, and I was very happy with the weight loss so far. I have lost 21 pounds, and expect to continue losing at a good rate. It’s already getting easier for me to do the crunches, and going up the stairs doesn’t make me pant like it used to. With the new ability to run up the stairs, I have added that as part of my exercise routine.

Proactol has made a difference with my energy levels too. I am able to go all day, working, walking, exercising, playing with Rusty in the park. My sleep has improved, and I can get to sleep faster than I’ve been able to in along time. With the ability to sleep better, I am waking up feeling better and more refreshed than I have in a long time.

The 21 pounds of weight lost so far might not be easily seen by others, but I can feel the difference in my stomach area and when I walk or run. Maybe because of the crunches, but I’m sure it’s because of the weight loss in general.

I had to fasten my belt about 5 notches tighter. I guess I need a new belt, since one more notch and I will have to poke a hole in it myself.

I notice that the craving I have had regularly for high sugar foods, are gone completely, another benefit of using Proactol diet pills. With such great effects, I haven’t had one single bad side effect. They say that there shouldn’t be any with Proactol, because its all natural ingredients work together to promote weight loss without adding stress to your body. The ingredients are not only all natural, they are also organic. That makes me feel safe because I know they were taken care of without being sprayed with pesticides or anything toxic.

Gosh, now I sound like my doctor. Anyhow, I feel good about taking Proactol. On the homeweightloss.com forum, I did ask them about my change in sleeping and in about the fact that I am having regular bowel movements now, after years of being irregular. They said that those things are normal, and that because of the fat binding to the Proactol ingredients, my bowel movements changed. That’s fine with me, I feel better than ever.

I especially feel good about Linda, and getting to know her. Since she knows I have had a problem with my weight, I guess I feel safe being real with her, more than I ever have with a girl. We had a great time at Tom and Becky’s house, and we are going to a movie tomorrow night, alone. I can hardly wait.
