Proactol Review: Josh

I have been the fat guy for as long as I can remember, and no I can finally begin to feel normal. I’m well on my way to a normal, healthy weight, thanks to the lifestyle changes I’m making, including Proactol. As of this week, I am down 10 pounds! Not bad for not even four weeks yet.

I have had a weight problem for most of my life, even in college, when I played on some sports teams, I thought that if I played sports, maybe the teasing and ridiculing would stop, but it didn’t instead it took a new turn, I was now the jock who couldn’t be blocked, or the wrestling weighty. I couldn’t get away from the nicknames and the teasing that comes with being bigger than normal.

My friends thought that I didn’t care. It was so hard to be real with them. Sometimes I just wanted to drop out and begin again somewhere else. I even started seeing a counselor, and I still see him, all these years later.  He’s the grandfatherly type. I don’t know if he can really relate to where I’m coming from or not, but we both love football, and he has been overweight himself, so he gets that part of my life.

When I told him about taking Proactol this month, he got very excited for me. Since we only meet once a month, I hadn’t told him about the fact that I was even thinking about taking a diet pill. To my amazement, he acted extremely happy about it. He even told me that he had thought about suggesting that I do something like that, but he didn’t want to until he knew I was ready to be committed.

I also told my doctor about Proactol when I had my physical yesterday. I was surprised that he was familiar with it, and actually said he tells his patients that it is one of the best diet pills to come along in a long time. I felt like talking to him gave me a fresh start with dieting and taking Proactol, almost like now that I know it’s highly recommended by my own doctor, I can get even more serious about it. Another thing, my cholesterol has gone down, and is now in the high normal range. That’s quite a change from a few weeks ago.

Now, the only hurdle in telling people important to me about Proactol, is my parents. Since they live a couple of hours away, I haven’t seen them since July. I think they may be a little surprised by the time they see me next month. By then I should have lost quite a bit more weight, and be getting even more toned since I have just started exercising.

That’s one thing that has gotten easier in the last week or so, exercising. With Rusty there to walk with me, and sometimes we even run now, I am feeling more energetic and like it isn’t such a chore. WE even walked to the park a couple of times in the past week, and played with the Frisbee again.

Proactol has changed my life so much already, and I am so excited to be at the ten pound mark. Now, tomorrow is that Labor Day weekend party with Becky and Tom. I wonder what they’ll think of the new and slightly improved me?
