Yesterday, my total weight loss was 30 pounds, and climbing!

I had that meeting with my counselor this week, and the girl from that college. She started Proactol about a week after I did, and has lost 20 pounds so far. I am at the 30 pound mark, which I am thrilled with. Her name is Julie, and she is beautiful! Even with extra weight, I mean, this girl is gorgeous! She is also one of the nicest people I have ever met.

When we were talking, I couldn’t help but think about how perfect she might be for my friend Jeremy. I think I’ll have to wait to get to know her better before asking if she might be interested in meeting him. I don’t want to scare her off. She is 21 and he is about 27, so that might work out fine. Maybe I’ll tell him about her when I see him.

Now, for the best part of the week. When we went to see my parents, they fell for Linda right away. I was thrilled with how well they all hit it off, and especially with how good her and my mom got along. It couldn’t have been better.

Then after the fun of the introductions, my held me out at arms length and said “Wow, you look amazing! What have you been doing?” Then I told them about Proactol and how it had helped me with the weight loss, as well as all the health benefits I have seen with it.

I can’t believe it, my parents weren’t even a little bit mad that I didn’t tell them about losing weight and taking Proactol. They were thrilled.

Of course mom was most concerned about me eating enough. Typical mother. Then she wanted to know if I was seeing a doctor while I lose weight, and I assured her that I was. Then she wanted to know if I’m taking vitamins. When she ran out of questions, she was satisfied that I am indeed healthy, and losing weight in a healthy way. Dad then began with questions of his own.

When I showed them the website with all the information about Proactol on it, they read everything. Now, dad wants to get some Proactol for himself. What do you know, my dad wants to lose weight. Anyhow, I told him all about my own experiences so far. So, we had a great visit, and they love Linda too.

When I opened my mail this morning, there was a letter from my mom. She said that she didn’t want to embarrass me, but she wanted to tell me how proud she is of me for taking control of my life at such a young age. She said that she has seen the hurt I have gone through because of the weight issue, and has prayed for me to be ok. Now she knows her prayers have been answered, with Proactol and my determination to become even healthier. I’m not really sentimental, but that letter means a lot to me. My parents have always said they were proud of me, but now I am also proud of myself. Thank you Proactol for helping change my life, and helping me have a reason to be proud of myself.
